We are celebrating 50 Years of Service to the Community (1971-2021)!!! Azalea Dog Training club originally provided obedience training, but we also teach agility, rally, and nose works!
ADTC’s Traditional obedience, Rally Obedience, Agility, Conformation, and Therapy dog classes have provided for many a satisfied human and companion team! We LOVE to see the smiles after a student has completed his/her class. We hope and strive that the team catches “the bug” as our members have.Along with our obedience classes we also offer STAR (Puppy) and CGC (in our Pre-novice Class) testing. Our members have multiple titles in all venues of performance sports, and the breed rings. Instructors and Assistants are continually updating their skills through competition and seminars.Our public service includes going into area nursing facilities weekly, providing dog safety programs and demos to schools in a five county area, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, church organizations, New Hanover Sheriff’s Dept. .and/or when requested, and donating to Pender County Humane Society and New Hanover Humane Society.
